Avoid if you can and if you can't, ask for the price upfront to avoid unexpected charges. I was charged a lot more than anywhere else would have but I chose M and S because they were closer and I expected around the same price. I'll go out of my way from now on.

They tried to nick my bike when we just got of the ferry. Kicked my whole steering system out of whack. Upon hearing my story they got to work and fixed my bike within an hour and for less than 20 pounds!!! They saved our trip, can't thank them enough. I would recommend this shop to everyone :)

Great service by all at M&S especially the service department. My Himalayan needed service and upgraded camshaft. Steve did a good job with both. Many thanks
