Bought two vehicles from BCA, both have outstanding finance attached to them, one for almost two months. Chasing every day for two weeks now- no further on! Frustratingly, an automated response stating their terms and conditions-which they clearly do not adhere to.
Well this lot have been chasing me around for a disputed few quid. They would not even accept electronic servicing docs on handover day. Ive notified Santander due to this company being so naive and petty over £65 they have lost another business, client lease. Im going back to LEX Autolease.
