My morning started off challenging to say the least... however this afternoon I had to ring Broxbourne council to change address details and I spoke to the most wonderful lady, her name was Elaine. And I just wanted to say Thank you for all your help and advice...

I had my bulky waste removed today , i left early as i had work and came home to a note saying FOUND OUTSIDE IN YOUR GARDEN BY PETER AT BROXBOURNE COUNCIL with £5 attached that i i had unknowingly dropped So kind and honest thank you so much peter 😊
