Really helpful and responsive staff. Have had a few issues lately and they have sorted them without fuss, quickly and with a good sense of humour
First used these booked in at 4.30 not seen till 5.15....a different depot booked m.o.t 3 weeks in advance took day off work.20 mile round trip to find not booked in..
Front of house staff very efficient, fully explaining options and whats going on.
I can't fault the service, but I booked a 4 wheel alignment, no one informed me that the machine was broken, and I couldn't get the tyres I really wanted as they only offer what's in stock at the moment unlike their main depot at Micheldever which I've used for years
