Had a confirmed time of 1.30pm to change a tyre (ordered through blackcircles). When I arrived then nothing seemed to be happening. Staff seemed to be stood around chatting. By 2.15 asked and they hadn't even started it. Told it might be 3.30 before they could start it and the time wasn't confirmed ...
