I booked with Kwik fit online and it was very easy to do. The mechanic arrived in the time slot and was very friendly and chatty. The work was completed quickly and the mechanic cleared away all mess. Very satisfied with my experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Although the appointment had to be moved which was a disappointment, I cannot fault you regarding being kept informed. Turned up when you said you would and did a great job in very quick time
